The room was a decent size with ample storage space and a great view of the surrounding mountains, which I appreciated. The breakfast was satisfactory enough to kickstart the day, despite being the same spread each morning.
The lack of an elevator made hauling my luggage up two flights of stairs quite a hassle. The location left much to be desired, situated in an area with no pedestrian walkways and limited access to the city center, making it feel a bit isolated. the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and the fridge was not efficient in chilling the contents. Some parts of the hotel were showing signs of age, particularly the decor, which could use a refresh.

the staff was super nice and helpful, made our stay pleasant! the parking in front is a plus since we had a car. the view of the mountains was really nice to wake up to, and the breakfast was enough to kickstart the day, even if it was the same every morning. the check-in process was chill and took minimal time, which was a bonus. overall, it felt comfy and relaxed.
the location is kinda isolated, not that easy to get to the old town without help. the wi-fi could have been better, struggled a bit in the room.

The hotel features excellent housekeeping and friendly staff who are enthusiastic about making your stay enjoyable! Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the location. Close to some great dining options too (especially for fresh food).
The lack of an elevator can be inconvenient if you're on the upper floors. The check-in process could be quicker (I had to wait a while).

pleasant stay but some room for improvement
The staff was exceptionally friendly and eager to assist with any queries. The hotel maintained high cleanliness standards, which was quite noticeable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and even when I arrived late, I found plenty of food available.
The room could have used a refresh in terms of decor.
