The room was a decent size with ample storage space and a great view of the surrounding mountains, which I appreciated. The breakfast was satisfactory enough to kickstart the day, despite being the same spread each morning.
The location left much to be desired, situated in an area with no pedestrian walkways and limited access to the city center. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, and the fridge was not efficient in chilling the contents. Some parts of the hotel were showing signs of age, particularly the decor, which could use a refresh.

not too much. clenliness of rooms was the best feature.
yes a lot. location was in an industrial area which we didnt get told when we booked. it was no where near town or anything good. bed linen and towels were very old and worn out. The toilet flush sounded like and aeroplane taking off and was very loud for a prolonged period after you flushed. The door to the room didnt lock and the staff were not interested in our concern about it. it was not good value for money - was much more expensive than other places we stayed in croatia which were much nicer for less.

very little
The location is poor but only a 8 minute taxi ride from centre so is not a deal breaker. The reception staff were arrogant and unfriendly. The room was far too small. No lift so not good if disbaled, older, pregnant or just travelling with heavy bags. breakfast choice was very poor. Also, price quoted on website is not the price you pay - quoted in Euro but paid in local currency, the difference can be significant if staying over a number of nights. In conclusion, not recommended.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The parking in front is a plus since we had a car. The view of the mountains was really nice to wake up to, and the breakfast was enough to kickstart the day, even if it was the same every morning. The check-in process was chill and took minimal time, a bonus. It felt comfy and relaxed.
The location is kinda isolated, not that easy to get to the old town without help. The wi-fi could have been better, struggled a bit in the room.

Just a proper fit for a short stayover in Split with best value for money ratio. The transfer service was a great deal with a super friendly driver. Make sure to ask for local excursion advice. They have some good options.

pleasant stay but some room for improvement
The staff was friendly and eager to assist with any queries. The hotel maintained high cleanliness standards, quite noticeable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and even when I arrived late, I found plenty of food available.
The room could have used a refresh in terms of decor.

I really loved the guest room with excellent blinds to block out the light, and the spacious bathroom.
